Where We Ship


We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We're unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, or international destinations at this time.


Shipping Method & Timeline
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Friday, or on weekends, will ship the next business day.

Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. You will receive tracking info via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Free shipping on all orders over $100

$10 flat rate for orders under $100


Returns & Exchanges


Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our luxury fragrances and ensure the best experience for all our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tested products.


How to Initiate a Return
If you'd like to return an eligible item, please contact us at info@gamineparfums.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.


Refunds
Once we receive, inspect and confirm the condition of your returned item, we will process your refund - minus a $5 re-stocking fee - to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@gamineparfums.com providing photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
